Field Availability and Reservations (permits) for Parks and School District Elementary and Junior High School Fields

Please note that this reservation system is only good through 2014. The Parks & Recreation department will have a new reservation system and website for permits starting in 2015. Permits can be submitted in the new system for 2015 starting this fall.

In the interest of assuring a successful program/camp/activity the following factors will influence our issuance of permits:
Rental fees vary based on use from local or non-local user groups and organizations. Basic hourly rental rates are $25/hr, $35/hr with lights for local groups/organizations/businesses located in Lake Oswego. Outside of Lake Oswego group rental rates are $60/hr, $70/hr with lights. Local youth sports organizations have varying charges based on the type of activity (i.e. seasonal use, tournaments, camps). Contact Jean at 503-675-3901 for more information on rental rates.
Permits for use of all outdoor field facilities permitted by the City include all City and School District fields EXCEPT LAKERIDGE AND LAKE OSWEGO HIGH SCHOOLS. Applications are reviewed and approved twice a year at the following times:
First week in January - Spring and Summer (March 1 - August 15)

Parks/fields are open daily from 6:00am to 10:00pm
