In the interest of assuring a successful program/camp/activity the following factors will influence our issuance of permits:
Rental fees vary based on use from local or non-local user groups and organizations. Basic hourly rental rates are $25/hr for local groups/organizations/businesses located in Lake Oswego. Outside of Lake Oswego group rental rates are $60/hr. Local youth sports organizations have varying charges based on the type of activity (i.e. seasonal use, tournaments, camps).
Permits for use of all outdoor field facilities permitted by the City include all City and School District facilities EXCEPT LAKERIDGE AND LAKE OSWEGO HIGH SCHOOLS. Applications are reviewed and approved twice a year at the following times: First week in January Spring and Summer (March 1- August 15) Last week in May Fall and Winter (Aug 16 – Feb 29) For information on permitting high school fields contact community schools at 503-534-2302.
